Overview

Nerja is a resort town along southern Spain’s Costa del Sol with a seafront promenade, offering spectacular views of the Mediterranean. The subtropical climate translates to 320 days of sun, making Nerja an ideal vacation spot for relaxing. In the center of town, you will find one of the most emblematic structures in Nerja, the Balcón de Europa, a balcony above a cliff that looks over the sea, the views here are truly mesmerizing. The old town is full of white-washed houses, and pebble streets where you can shop for typical products: sweet wine, sugar cane honey and plenty of freshly harvested fruit and vegetables. In Plaza España is the main square but Plaza Cantarero, Plaza de los Cangrejos, Plaza de la Ermita the Plaza Andalucía are all full of charm.

The property boasts a fantastic southeast facing terrace which enjoys plenty of sun throughout the day. The outside living area is very social with outdoor patio furniture and dining table, with 6 dining chairs, a charcoal BBQ area, umbrellas, sun loungers, an outside shower and a private swimming pool with uninterrupted views of sea and mountains.

Private Residence

We have access to multiple private residences for each destination to increase availability for travelers. The photos shown represent the style and quality you can expect, though the exact residence you’ll stay in depends on availability during your selected dates. The images featured are of actual residences within our portfolio. In the rare event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control—such as force majeure, property damage, or a change in ownership—Auction Packages is committed to providing a private residence and experience of equal value and quality.

Package Redemption

Trip winners will receive an email within 15 business days after the event containing their redemption certificate number and instructions for accessing our dedicated Trip Winner Portal. The portal includes everything needed to begin the trip planning process, including important information, next steps, and direct communication with their dedicated Booking Specialist. Reservations must be made at least 60 days before travel and are subject to availability and property inventory. Travel must be booked within 12 months of notification and completed within 24 months. Once confirmed, reservations are final. Packages are non-refundable and may not be transferred or resold. Blackout dates include the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s.
